I have worked with Cassie off and on throughout the years. She is very knowledgeable, educated and mostly PATIENT! I have not been the best client but she was always right there to push me along, get me back on track and put me in my place when needed, even if I didn’t want to hear it! She knew I needed the swift kick in the booty from time to time and never gave up on wanting to reach my goals. I have learned healthy habits that I will use forever thanks to Cassie. Training with Cassie has been one of the best decisions I could have ever made for my health! When I first started she broke things down in a more simple way to help me understand. I was able to keep the same foods but learned how to count macros instead of calories and cutting out all of the foods that are “good”. Cassie has given me workouts that keep me consistently getting stronger and challenging me. My favorite part about this process is how she taught me to shift my mindset. There will be days where it is hard and seems like I’m getting no where, & she peps me up and reminds me with pictures from before. Cassie has equipped me with the tools I need to live the new lifestyle I have built.
